This Privacy Policy applies to the page ntaimplant.com/en/distributor/ and explains how we process the personal data you submit to us through the distributor application form, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable to visitors from the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. Data Controller
The controller of the personal data collected through this page is Pilatus Swiss Dental GmbH, owner of the NTA Implant brand, headquartered in Switzerland. For any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us at privacy@ntaimplant.com.
2. What data we collect
Through the distributor application form we collect the following data:
- Company name
- Full name of the authorized contact
- Business email address
- Phone / mobile number
- Company website (if provided)
- City / country of operation
- Information about products you currently distribute
- Information about your sales territory and distribution network
- Any additional message you send us
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process this data solely to evaluate your application to become an NTA Implant distributor and to establish a possible business partnership. The legal basis for processing is the consent you give when submitting the form, as well as our legitimate interest in establishing and developing business partnerships.
4. Cookies and measurement tools
This page uses cookies for analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) and advertising (e.g. Google Ads) via Google Tag Manager. Cookies that are not strictly necessary for the operation of the page are only activated after you give consent through the cookie banner. 4a. Embedded video content
This page contains YouTube videos (served via the youtube-nocookie.com domain) that are not loaded automatically, but only after you click to play them. Once a video is played, YouTube (Google LLC) may process data about your interaction in accordance with its own privacy policy.
5. Recipients of data
Your data may be accessed by NTA Implant / Pilatus Swiss Dental GmbH export and sales team members, as well as by IT and marketing service providers who process data on our behalf and solely according to our instructions (e.g. the website hosting provider, Google LLC for Google Ads/Analytics/Tag Manager).
6. International data transfers
Data may be transferred to Switzerland, which is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of personal data protection (adequacy decision), ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that within the European Economic Area.

We retain data from your distribution application for as long as necessary to evaluate the application and, if a partnership is established, for the duration of the business relationship. If no partnership is established, the data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after the application is received.

Depending on your place of residence, you may have the right to:

- correct inaccurate data,
- request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"),
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
